铁·磷对太湖水华微囊藻FACHB1028生长的影响及相互作用

摘    要:目的]研究铁、磷对太湖水华微囊藻(Microcystis flos-aquae)FACHB1028生长的影响,并观察其与微囊藻的相互作用。方法]采用柠檬酸铁铵Fe3(C6H5O7)2]和磷酸二氢钾(KH2PO4)作为培养基的外加铁源和磷源,考察不同浓度铁、磷对水华微囊藻FACHB1028生长的影响、铁对磷吸收的影响以及微囊藻生长过程中各指标和影响因素的相关性。结果]水华微囊藻达最佳生长状态时,铁、磷的浓度分别为0.54、50.00μmol/L;不同浓度的铁影响着微囊藻对磷的吸收率,铁影响下微囊藻处于最佳生长时对磷的吸收速率也最高,但高浓度铁则抑制磷的吸收速率。在微囊藻的生长过程中,波长680nm处吸光度值、叶绿素和蛋白质含量等与藻个数呈显著相关,可以表示FACHB1028微囊藻的生长过程中生物量的变化。磷在浓度小于175.00μmol/L时与微囊藻的生长呈显著相关,但是当浓度大于175.00μmol/L时则不呈现显著相关。结论]该研究可为蓝藻水华爆发机制以及进一步研究提供理论依据。

Effects of Iron and Phosphorus on the Growth of Microcystis flos-aquae FACHB1028 and the Interaction between Them

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to study the effects of iron and phosphorus on the Microcystis flos-aquae FACHB1028 and the interaction between them.Method] Choosing dipotassium hydrogen phosphate(K2HPO4)and ferric ammonium citrate Fe3(C6H5O7)2] as the external phosphorus source and iron source,the effects of nutrients phosphorus and trace elements iron on the growth of Microcystis flos-aquae FACHB1028 and the influence of Fe on the phosphate uptaking as well as the correlation between the growth indicators and influencing factors in growth process were investigated.Result] The results showed that when phosphorus and iron concentrations were 0.54 and 50.00 μmol/L,respectively,Microcystis flos-aquae FACHB1028 was under optimal growth state.The presence of iron affected the absorptivity of phosphorus.Absorption rate of phosphorus was highest when alges ware under optimal growth state with Fe,and high Fe concentration inhibited phosphorus consumption.In the growth process of Microcystis flos-aquae FACHB1028,the correlation between absorbance under 680 nm,chlorophyll content,protein content and algal cells were significant,and Microcystis flos-aquae FACHB1028 could be expressed by factors above.When phosphorus concentration was less than 175.00 μmol/L,there was significant correlation between phosphorus concentration and Microcystis flos-aquae FACHB1028,but there was no significantly correlation when phosphate concentration was more than 175.00 μmol/L.Conclusion] The study can provide theoretical basis for mechanism of bloom and further research.
