微波辅助提取烟草废弃物中的绿原酸

摘    要:目的]对烟草废弃物中绿原酸的微波提取条件进行研究。方法]考察了提取溶剂的种类和用量、提取温度和时间、微波功率对萃取结果的影响。结果]以体积分数70%的乙醇水溶液为提取剂,原料∶提取剂(g∶ml)=1∶15,在微波功率400 W和温度60℃下萃取90 s,绿原酸的提取率最佳,达到1.22%。结论]与传统的回流萃取相比,微波萃取提取率更高,时间更短。

Abstract:Objective]The aim was to study the conditions for the microwave extraction of chlorogenic acid from tobacco waste.Method]The impact of the types and dosage of extraction solvent,extraction temperature and time as well as microwave power on the extraction results were inspected.Result]The best extraction rate of chlorogenic acid could be achieved with 70% of ethanol solution as the extractant,1∶15 of the material ∶ extractant(g:ml) and 90 s' extraction under 400 W microwave power and 60 ℃temperature,the optimal extraction yield could reach 1.22%.Conclusion]Compared with traditional reflux extraction,the microwave extraction had higher extraction rate and shorter extraction time.
