| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨湖北海棠抗大蒜病毒的活性。方法]以湖北海棠提取物浸泡大蒜,用电镜法检测病毒数量。结果]湖北海棠醇提物具有较强的抗病毒作用。结论]湖北海棠抗病毒有效成分主要为黄酮类化合物,具有良好的开发应用价值。其中MH-1结构正在鉴定中,MH-2为根皮苷。

| Abstract: | Objective] The research aimed to discussed the anti-garlic virus activity of the extract from Malus hupehensis. Method] The Allium sativum L. was soaked in the solution of extract from Malus hupehensis leaves, then the amount of virus was determined with electron microscopy. Result] The extract from Malus hupehensis leaves had strong anti-garlic-viral activity. Conclusion] The main anti-garlic virus active components in Malus hupehensis leaves are flavonoids, had good worth for exploitation. The structure of MH-1 was not identified . The compound of MH-2 was identfied as phlorrhizin. |
