| 摘 要： | 采用事件研究法考察了2006年1月1日1《上市公司股权激励管理办法》颁布后第1家尝试股权激励的农产品企业——新安股份,结果表明:市场对于股权激励的反应明显,公司市值短期内产生波动。

| Abstract: | Xin'an shares-the first agricultural product enterprise,who tried the stock option incentive after the "Management Methods of Equity Incentive for Listed Company" was issued on January 1st,2006,was investigated by using event study method.The results show that the market reaction for equity incentive was obviously and the market value of company fluctuated within the short-term. |
