稀土元素La·Ce·Gd对玉米种子活力和发芽指标的影响

摘    要:以储藏1年的玉米种子东丹12为材料,分别用含有稀土元素La、Ce、Gd的氯化镧(LaCl3.nH2O),氯化亚铈(CeCl3.7H2O),碳酸钆Gd2(CO3)3.XH2O]不同浓度的盐溶液浸种处理的方法,研究它们对玉米种子发芽指标、种子活力、种子电导率、种苗生长指标的影响。结果表明:在浓度0.03%、0.06%条件下,对玉米种子的发芽指标、种子活力、种子电导率、种苗生长指标有明显的促进作用,而在浓度0.3%时促进作用减弱,在浓度1.5%时有明显的抑制作用。

Abstract:The variation of germination index,seed vigor,conductivity,seedling growth of the maize Dandong 12 seeds stored for one to two years were measured under the treatment with the different concentrations of the Rare Earths La,Ce and Gd.The results showed there were obvious promoting efficiency on the vigor index,seed vigor,conductivity and seedling growth under the treatment of 0.03% and 0.06% but at 0.3%,and even more,the great inhibition effect was happened at 1.5%.
