摘    要:用1.0和0.1 mmol/L茉莉酸甲酯(MJ)处理花生结荚早期植株,结果表明:在不利条件(干旱、接种黄曲霉菌)下,不同浓度的MJ能诱导蛋白酶抑制剂(PI)活性的升高,且高浓度MJ处理比低浓度处理效果好。对苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)活性的影响与PI活性相似,但是MJ诱导PAL活性的长期效果不明显。

Abstract:Early podding period of peanut plants were treated with 1 mmol/L and 0.1mmol/L of methyl jasmonate(MJ) and the results showed MJ treatment increased PI activity during seeds development of peanut(Arachis hypogaea L.) under disadvantageous condition(drought or inoculated with Aspergillus flavus).The treatment with high concentration of MJ was better than that with low concentration.PAL activity had similar result,but long-term effect of Mj affecting PAL activity was not obvious.
