2BJY-200型烟草精量播种器的设计研究

目的]研制烟草精量播种器对减轻劳动强度、提高生产效率、降低成本的作用。方法]通过性能要求和参数要求,进行播种器设计;通过播种器的性能试验和生产试验,测试其功能。结果]试验结果表明2BJY-200型烟草精量播种器主要性能指标符合国家和行业标准的规定,平均空穴率为1.7%,平均破损率为4%,符合设计的要求。结论]2BJY-200型烟草精量播种器具有作业质量好、工作可靠、作业效率高、经济性能较好等显著特点。

The Design of 2BJY-200 Tobacco Fine-Seeding Machine

Objective] The aim of the research was to study the function of tobacco fine-seeding machine on reducing labor intensity and cost,improving procduction efficiency.Method] The tobacco fine-seeding machine was designed following the performance and parameters requirements.The fuction of it was tested by performance and production experiment.Result] The results showed that 2BJY-200 tobacco fine-seeding machine accorded with the national and industry standards.Average cavity rate and damage rate was 1.7% and 4.0%.2BJY-200 tobacco fine-seeding machine met the requirements of the design.Conclusion] 2BJY-200 tobacco fine-seeding machine had the advantages of working well,reliable,high efficiency and benefit.
