| 摘 要： | 目的]分析HpaGXoo蛋白的结构与功能,为研究两者的关系提供理论依据。方法]采用国际互联网上的相关生物信息学分析软件NPSA、Swiss-Model、SAPS、InterProScan等对HpaGXoo蛋白进行结构和功能的预测分析。结果]HpaGXoo蛋白主链由139个氨基酸组成,有较多的螺旋和无规则卷曲结构;无N端信号肽,不形成跨膜结构,定位于细胞质。结论]该研究为深入研究HpaGXoo的分子结构及其结构与功能的关系奠定了基础。

| Abstract: | Objective]The aim was to analyze the structure and function of HpaGXoo and provide theoretical basis for study on the relationship. Method]Some related bioinformatics analysis software on internet such as NPSA,Swiss-Model,SAPS and InterPro Scan were adopted to analyze the structure and predict its function.
