高等真菌黑壳木层孔菌的化学成分研究

摘    要:目的]研究高等真菌黑壳木层孔菌的化学成分。方法]利用正向硅胶、反向硅胶、凝胶等现代色谱分离手段,采用核磁共振等波谱学方法对分离的化合物进行化学结构鉴定。结果]从高等真菌黑壳木层孔菌Phellinus rhabarbarinus(Berk.)G.Cunn.]中分离到5个化合物,经鉴定分别为2个苯环衍生物、2个三萜和1个甾体化合物。结论]所有分离到的化合物均为首次从黑壳木层孔菌中分离到。

Abstract:Objective] To investigate the chemical constituents from higher Fungi Phellinus rhabarbarinus (Berk.) G.Cunn.Method] Sev-eral modern chromatographic separation methods were adopted , such as gel,positive silica gel, and negative silica gel.Nuclear magnetic reso-nance and other spectroscopy methods were used to identify the chemical structure of the isolated chemical compounds , so as to determine their structure.Result] A total of five chemical compounds were isolated from P.rhabarba rinus, which were two phenylcyclopropane derivatives, two triterpenes and one steroids.Conclusion] All the chemical compounds are isolated from this kind of the higher fungi for the first time.
