基于增量包法的耕地质量年度更新评价研究--以湖南省湘乡市为例

依据《农用地质量分等规程》,以湘乡市2014年度变更调查数据及2013年耕地质量等别评价结果为基础,在Arc GIS10.2操作平台上基于增量包法提取质量突变耕地,并对突变耕地进行耕地质量评价,形成2014年度湘乡市耕地质量等别年度更新评价成果。针对变化耕地的面积和质量变化趋势进行分析,并提出湘乡市耕地利用与保护建议。

Evaluation of Annual Updating of Cultivated Land Quality Grade Based on Incremental Package-A Case Study of Xiangxiang City in Hunan Province

According to the Regulation for Gradation on Agriculture Land Quality ( GB/T 28407-2012 ) , based on the survey data of land change in 2014 and the assessment results of cultivated land quality grade in 2013 in Xiangxiang City, cultivated land changing suddenly in quality was extracted and evaluated by using incremental package on ArcGIS10.2 toobtain the assessment results of annual updating of cultivat-ed land quality grade in Xiangxiang City in 2014.At last, the changing trends of the cultivated land in area and quality were analyzed, and corresponding suggestions about utilization and and protection of cultivated land in Xiangxiang City were put forward.
