中草药制剂对哺乳母猪繁殖性能的影响

目的]研究中草药饲料制剂对哺乳母猪繁殖性能的影响,为其在哺乳母猪生产中的应用提供理论依据。方法]选择60头经产母猪,随机分为5组,每组12头母猪,对照组饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础饲料,试验Ⅰ组基础日粮+0.5%中草药添加剂,试验Ⅱ组基础日粮+1.0%中草药添加剂,试验Ⅲ组基础日粮+1.5%中草药添加剂,试验Ⅳ组为基础日粮+0.04%强力霉素,研究中草药饲料制剂对哺乳母猪繁殖性能的影响。结果]试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组母猪的窝产仔数、健仔率和10日龄仔猪日增重显著提高,母猪恶露的排出率显著提高。在基础日粮中添加中草药制剂能促进母猪的子宫恢复。试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组、Ⅳ组初生猪黄白痢的发生率显著降低,各试验组间差异不显著。结论]中药制剂能增强新生仔猪及母猪的抗病力,提高母猪的繁殖力,以添加1%中草药制剂的效果最佳。

Effects of Chinese Herbal Feed Additive on the Reproductive Performance of Lactating Sows

Objective] To research the effects of Chinese herbal feed additive on the reproductive performance of lactating sows, and to pro-vide theoretical foundation for the application in lactating sows production.Method] A total of 60 multiparous sows were randomly allocated to five treatments with twelve replicates per treatment.Sows in the control group were fed with a corn soybean meal basal feed; test group 1 was fed with basal diet and 0.5% Chinese herbal medicine additive; experiment group II were fed basal diet and 1.0% Chinese herbal medi-cine additive, the test group III was fed with based diet and 1.5% Chinese herbal medicine additive, test group IV were fed the basal diet and 0.04% doxycycline.Result] The test group I, group II, group III and group IV significantly improved the litter size, healthy piglet rate, and weight gain in piglets of 10-day-old piglets, significantly improved the discharge of lochia sows, and promoted the recovery of the uterus of sows.Test group I, group II, group III and group IV significantly reduced the incidence of Yellow and White Diarrhea of piglets.There were no significant differences between the experimental groups. Conclusion] Traditional Chinese medicine preparation can enhance the disease resistance of newborn piglets and sows, and improve the reproductive capacity of the sow.And 1% traditional Chinese medicine preparation has the best effects.
