济宁市任城区创意农业示范园总体规划研究

创意农业作为现代农业发展的一种新兴业态,是一、二、三产业融合的表现形式,是市场多元化需求的产物,对农业增效、农民增收及加快城乡一体化发展具有重要意义。笔者分析了济宁市任城区创意农业示范园规划,从园区总体概况、规划原则、总体思路、总体布局与分区规划、基础设施规划等方面对规划内容进行了探讨。规划立足济宁市任城区"南水北林"农业资源特色,提出以儒家文化、运河文化为背景,构建一个"以水为魂、以绿为脉、以文为韵"的开放式创意农业示范园区,打造"一心、一带、三区"的总体布局,以此为引领,实现农业可持续发展。

The Overall Planning of Creative Agricultural Demonstration Garden in Rencheng District in Jining City

As a new type format with development of modern agriculture ,creative agriculture is a expression of three industries integration and a product of the needs of market diversification,and it is of great significance to enhancing the efficiency of agriculture and increasing the income of farmers.In this research,we analyzed the creative agriculture demonstration garden,including general situation,planning principles,general ideas, planning layout and infrastructure planning.Based on the local agricultural resources characteristics,the overall planning intended to set up an open demonstration garden under the background of Confucian culture and Canal culture .The demonstration garden played a leading role in reali-zing the sustainable development of modern agriculture .
