摘    要:目的]研究降糖草、草莓、吊兰3种植物在富营养化景观水体中的生长状况,为利用浮床技术种植陆生植物处理污水奠定良好基础。方法]采用室内试验进行植物对供试水样中氮、磷的去除率测定,选用根长、株高、鲜重、常见病害、虫害5个指标对其在室外水体中的自然生长趋势进行同步记录,整理分析后进行综合评价。结果]3种植物对氮、磷的吸收与室外水体中自然生长适应性表现出高度的正相关,氮、磷的去除效果上表现为降糖草>草莓>吊兰,自然生长适应性综合评价表现为降糖草>草莓>吊兰;浮床植物的病虫害发生率较低,这与生态环境的变迁致使病菌及虫害失去了原有滋生环境、水体的生态隔离切断了病虫害的传播途径有关。结论]可以对降糖草作为浮床植物继续深化研究,并对陆地植物进行广泛筛选,为绿色生态农业发展及水体生态修复提供新思路。

Study on Growth of Three Kinds of Terrestrial Floating Bed Plants in Eutrophic Landscape Water
Abstract: Objective] The aim was to study the growth status of Hypoglycemic grass, Fragaria ananassa,Chlorophytum comosum in eutrophic landscape water, to lay a good foundation for the treatment of sewage by floating bed technology. Method] The removal efficiency of total ni-trogen and phosphorus were detected in indoor experiment. The natural growth trend were recorded synchronously using the index of root length, plant height, fresh weight, common diseases and insect pests, and the data were analyzed and evaluated comprehensively. Result] The results showed that the sequence of removal rate of nitrogen and phosphorus which have high relativity with the three plants’ adaptability was Hypoglycemic grass,Fragaria ananassa and Chlorophytum comosum in turn digressively, and the same on comprehensive evaluation of nat-ural growth adaptability. Meanwhile the floating plants exhibited the decline of disease and insect pests, and this may be due to the transition of ecological environment which makes disease and insect pests lost their growth condition and ecological isolation of water which cut down the transmission route of that. Conclusion] This research can use Hypoglycemic grass as floating plant for further study and more land plants can be isolated. The results can provide new ideas about developing green eco-agriculture and ecological restoration of water environment.
