摘    要:林木的体细胞胚胎发生是体细胞在人工无菌培养条件下分化产生体细胞胚胎的过程,该技术作为现代生物技术的重要组成部分,不仅在遗传改良和快速繁殖等方面有着重大意义,也展现出了在实际生产中良好的应用前景和发展趋势.文章综述了体细胞胚胎发生的几个重要影响因子——材料、培养基、生长调节剂以及培养条件,提出了今后在林木体细胞胚胎发生研究方面应加强对幼胚的进一步分类、胚性愈伤的区分、控制体细胞胚胎发生的同步化等问题的研究.

Research Advances on Impact Factors of Somatic Embryogenesis of Forest Trees

Abstract:Forest tree somatic embryogenesis which is a process of differentiation of somatic embryos in aseptic conditions,is an important part of modem bio technology,not only has significance in genetic improvement and rapid propagation,but also shows the good application prospect and development trend in practical production.Several important factors of somatic embryogenesis:materials,medium,growth regulators and culture conditions were summarized.It also put forward several key problems in the future in the forest tree somatic embryogenesis research should be strengthened:further classification of immature embryo ; distinguish between embryogenic callus ; control synchronization of somatic embryogenesis.
