摘    要:介绍了影响水产品运输效率的主要因素,如水产品的自身奈件、监控措施、温度和水质等。对传统密闭式运输法、无水湿法运输、干法运输、机组运输以及常用辅助运输手段等进行了详尽的阐述。提出了水产品保活运输中亟待解决的问题。

Review on the Methods for Transporting Live Aquatic Foods

Abstract:The main factors affecting the transportation of live aquatic products were introducted,which included fish species,monitoring measures,temperature,water quality etc.Transportation methods were summarized which were closed transportation,water-free transportation,dry transportation,transportation with equipment,and some assistant transportation measures.Finally,the problems in aquatic products transporting which should be solved urgently were put forwand.
