上海·武汉和成都城市近郊型农家乐存在问题实证调查研究

基于上海、武汉、成都3个城市近郊型农家乐的实证调查,对3个城市农家乐业主开办农家乐存在问题方面的实证调查分析,得到了三地农家乐的经营现状的明确认识,即农家乐占用时间为最突出的问题,其次是家庭内部冲突和营销服务问题,而企业规模小导致办公财务问题最少。此研究结果有利于地方政府把握农家乐发展的脉络,发现现存问题并进行积极的引导,对农家乐的健康发展具有重要的现实意义。
