| 摘 要： | 对农业规模化和农机化规模经营的概念及相互依存关系进行了论述，总结了目前河南省主要的农业规模化及农机化规模经营组织形式，并对河南省农机化规模经营进程中的制约因素进行了分析，针对这些制约因素，提出了完善土地流转制度、加强实用人才培养，加大信贷支持力度等为农机化规模经营创造条件的政策建议。

The Status and Development of the Scale Management of Agriculture and Agricultural Mechanization in Henan Province |

| Abstract: | The concepts and interdependent relationship between the size of agriculture and agricultural mechanization scale operation were e- laborated. The main organization forms of the scale management of agriculture and agricultural mechanization in Henan Province were summa- rized, and then restrictive factors in the process of agricultural mechanization scale operation were analyzed. At last, acoording to these fac- tors, some policy suggestions that would create conditions for the development of agricultural mechanization scale operation were proposed from three aspects of improving land transfer system, strengthening practical talents training and increasing credit support. |
