摘    要:设计了一种用于分离玉米秸秆皮、瓤、叶的一体机,该机属于玉米秸秆综合利用备料工段所用设备。该机主要包括去叶和除瓤两大装置,其中去叶基于搓擦原理,除瓤基于劈展刮削原理。利用该机可同时对多根玉米秸秆进行加工,最终得到相互分离的皮、瓤、叶,为生产玉米秸秆刨花板、低聚木糖和压块饲料等产品提供原料。它的设计开发可以提高玉米秸秆在秸秆刨花板、低聚木糖和压块饲料等产品生产行业中的综合应用。

Design of the Unity Machine for Bark-pulp-leaf Separation on Corn Straw

Abstract:A unity machine for bark-pulp-leaf separation on corn straw was designed, which is used as a preparation equipment in the compre- hensive utilization of corn straw. This machine mainly includes two devices. One is called the stem-leaf separation device which is based on robbing principle ; the other is called the bark-pulp separation device which is based on cleave-expand-scrape principle. A plurality of corn straws can be processed simultaneously by using this machine and eventually we get the bark, pulp and leaf separated from each other. What we get from this machine can be used to produce corn straw particleboard, xylooligosaccharide and press feedstuff, etc. The design and devel- opment of this machine can improve the integrated application of corn straw in the fields of straw particleboard, xylooligosaccharide and press feedstuff, etc.
