我国农村土地流转问题研究进展

农地流转是解决“三农”问题的关键。随着我国新农村建设的发展，农地流转在增加农民收入、农业规模经营、缓解人多地少的矛盾、推进城镇化建设等方面的作用日益突显。该研究对国内学者关于土地流转现状、动因、制约因素以及对策建议等方面的文献进行了梳理、归纳和分析，发现学者们从多视角多学科对土地流转进行了深入探讨，普遍采用了规范分析、文献分析的方法，还有一些研究在此基础上结合了统计数据、计量工具、模型构建的方法，这些研究极大地丰富了土地流转理论，为推动我国农地依法、合理、有序流转打下了坚实的基础。但在研究方法和内容等方面仍需拓展和深化，比如在内容上，关于新生代农民生活方式的偏好对农地流转的影响、关于“农家乐”乡村旅游中涉及的土地流转问题、农村宅基地流转如何市场化的研究不够深入；在研究方法上实证分析、定量分析较少。

Forefront of Research on Chinab Rural Land Circulation

The circulation of rural land is the key to solve the ＂three rural＂ issue. In the process of China＇s new rural construction, rural land circulation has an increasingly prominent role in increasing farmers＂ income, scale agriculture, lessening the pressure of population upon the limited land resource, promoting urbanization, etc. Research by domestic scholars about studies on status, motivation, problems, suggestions of land circulation sorted out, summed up, analyzed and evaluated the research status land circulation problems in China and believed that, scholars from the perspectives of multidisciplinary land circulation has carried on the deep discussion, generally adopts the normative analysis, the methods of literature analysis, and some research on the basis of combining the statistical data, measuring tools, model building method. It greatly enriched the theory of land circulation. And then, it will lay a solid foundation for the rural land circulation by law, reasonably and orderly. But it still needs to expand and deepen in research methods and contents. Such as few people study effects of the young generation in rural areas prefer urban life on farmland circulation ; very little work has been done to research the land circulation in the rural tourism of ＂ag- ritainment＂. Furthermore, the emoirical analysis and quantitative analysis are less in the researches.
