摘    要:目的]研究剩余污泥厌氧发酵的产气特性。方法]以四川省某污水处理厂的剩余污泥为原料,进行中温厌氧发酵试验研究。保证厌氧反应pH、VFA、碱度和营养配比在可控范围之内,采用逐步提高进料有机负荷的模式,对气体成分进行监测。结果]随着有机负荷的提高,产气量呈现增加趋势,而单位污泥的产气率却出现先增加后降低的趋势。结论]该研究为以后的污泥处理提供了一些参考。

Experimental Study on Biogas Production Characteristics of the Residual Sludge by Anaerobic Fermentation

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to study biogas production characteristics of the residual sludge by anaerobic fermentation.Method] Residual sludge in one sewage treatment plant of Sichuan was used to conduct mesophilic anaerobic fermentation test.pH,VFA,alkalinity and nutrition ratio of the anaerobic fermentation were guaranteed in manageable range.Organic loading in chargein gradually increased,and biogas composition was monitored.Result] As increase of the organic loading,gas production presented increase tendency,while gas production rate per sludge presented the tendency of increasing firstly and declining then.Conclusion] The research provided some reference for future sludge treatment.
