摘    要:目的]介绍高产、高糖苷含量的甜叶菊(Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni)新品种明菊1号。方法]对高糖苷含量甜叶菊新品种明菊1号的选育过程、特征特性、产量表现及栽培技术要点进行综述。结果]2011年通过安徽省非主要农作物品种鉴定登记委员会审定,命名为明菊1号。在安徽明光等地种植,平均产量约为3 270 kg/hm2,比守田2号(CK)增产11.5%。总甜菊糖苷含量占干叶重11%以上,RA3含量超过70%。结论]该研究可为明菊1号的推广应用提供理论论据。

Breeding of a New Stevia rebaudiana Cultivar Mingju 1 and Its Cultivation Technique

Abstract:Objective] New Stevia rebaudiana cultivar Minju 1 with high yield and high glycoside was introduced.Method] The breeding process,characteristics,yield performance and cultivation skills of new Stevia rebaudiana variety Minju 1 with high glycoside were reviewed.Result]Minju 1 was registered by non-main crop identification and registration committee in Anhui Province in 2011.In the region experiments,Antianju 1 had average yield of 3 270 kg / hm2,being 11.5% higher than CK Shoutian 2.Stevia rebaudiana glycoside content of dry leaves were reach above 11%,RA3 content were more than 70%.Conclusion] This research provides a theoretical basis for the extension and application of Minju 1.
