| 摘 要： | 羊绒与羊毛的鉴别一直是当前面临的难题,以DNA为基础的检测方法由于准确灵敏,目前已成为毛绒鉴别中最可靠的方法。文中对毛绒的DNA鉴别方法及难点进行了综述,以期为毛绒准确鉴别提供参考。

| Abstract: | Identification of cashmere and wool has been the current problem.As be more accurate and sensitive,DNA-based detection method has now become the most reliable method in identification of cashmere.DNA-based detection methods and the difficulties in identification of cashmere were reviewed,in order to provide a reference for the accurate identification of the cashmere. |
