摘    要:目的]在传统海藻酸钠包埋的基础上,探索出一种固定化脂肪酶的有效方法,为其工业化生产提供参考。方法]以高岭土和海藻酸钠为载体,用包埋法制备固定化脂肪酶,并测定固定化脂肪酶的活力及酶活得率。结果]固定化脂肪酶的相对活力达到30.00%,酶活得率为62.55%。结论]固定化脂肪酶具有良好稳定性,有利于工业化生产应用。
