不同盐度条件下硫化物对斑节对虾的毒性试验

摘    要:目的]研究硫化物对斑节对虾的急性毒性影响,为斑节对虾养殖的健康发展提供科学依据。方法]不同盐度条件下进行硫化物对斑节对虾的急性毒性试验,计算研究硫化物的半致死浓度(LC50)和安全浓度(SC)。结果]盐度为25的条件下,24、48、72和96 h LC50分别为16.6、14.7、14.5和10.5 mg/L;盐度为20的条件下,分别为11.3、9.6、7.8和7.3 mg/L;盐度为15的条件下,分别为10.4、9.4、7.7和7.0 mg/L;盐度为10的条件下,分别为5.9、5.7、5.5和4.3 mg/L;盐度为5条件下,分别为4.1、2.3、1.4和1.0 mg/L。在盐度为25、20、15、10和5的条件下,硫化物对斑节对虾的SC分别为1.1、0.7、0.7、0.4和0.1 mg/L。结论]盐度对硫化物的毒性有较大的影响,盐度越低,硫化物对斑节对虾的毒性越大。

Abstract:Objective]To study acute toxicity of sulfide to Penaeus monodon,so as to provide scientific reference for the healthy development of culture of P. monodon. Method]Acute toxicity experiment was conducted to compute the median lethal concentration( LC50) and safety concentration( SC) of sulfide for P. monodon under different salinity condition. Results] The 24 h,48 h,72 h and 96 h LC50of sulfide for P. monodon at the salinity of 25 were 16. 6,14. 7,14. 5 and 10. 5 mg / L,respectively. At the salinity of 20,24 h,48 h,72 h and 96 h LC50were 11. 3,9. 6,7. 8 and 7. 3 mg / L,respectively. At the salinity of 15,24 h,48 h,72 h and 96 h LC50were 10. 4,9. 4,7. 7 and 7. 0 mg / L,respectively. At the salinity of 10,24 h,48 h,72 h and 96 h LC50were 5. 9,5. 7,5. 5 and 4. 3 mg / L,respectively. At the salinity of 5,24 h,48 h, 72 h and 96 h LC50 were 4. 1,2. 3,1. 4 and 1. 0 mg / L,respectively. At the salinity of 25,20,15,10,and 5,the SC were 1. 1,0. 7,0. 7 mg / L,0. 4 and 0. 1 mg / L,respectively. Conclusion]The toxicity of sulfide for P. monodon is influenced by salinity. The lower the salinity, the higher is the toxicity of sulfide for P. monodon.
