《食品微生物学》精品课程建设研究

摘    要:以广东海洋大学食品科技学院的《食品微生物学》精品课程建设为例,首先进行培养目标的定位与建设思路的确定,强调师资队伍建设、优化课程内容、采用多种教学方法的重要性,以及循序渐进地建立实践教学模式的方法.

Abstract:With Food Microbiology excellent course construction in College of Food Science and Technology,Guangdong Ocean University as example,some practices and experiences,which are from the positioning of the culture target and construction ideas determination,teacherbuilding,optimization of the course content,adoption of a variety of teaching methods,as well as building the model of step by step practice teaching were summarized and introduced.
