紫花苜蓿产沼气潜力研究

摘    要:以紫花苜蓿为发酵原料,在恒温30℃条件下进行批量式沼气发酵试验.结果表明,6%发酵浓度的紫花苜蓿发酵历时34d,发酵体系出现酸化时,在微生物自动调节下,pH能够很快恢复,产气未受到任何影响.当提高紫花苜蓿的发酵总固体含量到8%,发酵体系表现出相同的规律.紫花苜蓿的产气潜力为936 ml/g TS,1 094 ml/g VS.

Study on Potential of Biogas Fermentation with Medicago sativa

Abstract:The biogas production yield was studied by using Medicago sativa as raw material.The fermentation was conducted batch by batch at constant temperature 30 ℃.The results indicated the total fermentation time was 34 d when the fermentation eoncentration was 6%.Fermentation liquid became acidic but could be restored to normal quickly with the reaction of adjustment in the anaerobic microbe.The biogas yield of Medicago sativa didn't be in the influence of pH value.When the fermentation concentration was 8%,the law of fermentation was the same as the above results.So in can be obtained that the biogas yield of Medicago sativa was 936 ml/g TS and 1 094 ml/g VS.
