摘    要:目的]土壤微生物是陆地生态系统内重要的生命体,对其所生存的微环境十分敏感,是土壤生态系统变化的预警和敏感指标。方法]对徐州市4种不同绿地类型进行土壤理化性质和土壤微生物的相关分析,系统研究其土壤微生物空间分布及其特征变化。结果]就不同绿地类型中土壤微生物数量分布状况而言,公园绿地>生产绿地>居民小区绿地>道路交通绿地。不同绿地类型土壤微生物量碳和氮的含量变化较大,与土壤有机质含量变化趋势较一致,即公园绿地最高,道路交通绿地最低。另外,不同绿地类型土壤微生物量碳与微生物量氮呈正相关。结论]为了较科学地分析不同绿地类型土壤微生物特征变化,需要对该城市绿地土壤进行长期的取样调查分析,并且结合当地绿地土壤历年变化资料以及绿地植被进行综合分析。

Research on Spatial Distribution and Characteristic Changes of Different Types of Green Soil Microbial in Xuzhou City

Abstract:Objective] Soil microorganisms were important organisms in terrestrial ecosystems,which were very sensitive to their survival of the microenvironment. It was the warning and sensitive indicator of soil ecosystem changes. Method]There were four types of green space in Xuzhou City. The spatial distribution and characteristic changes of soil physical and chemical properties and soil microbial were analyzed. Result]According to soil microbial quantity distribution of the different types of green space,the order was park green space productive plantation area residential green space road green space. The content of soil microbial biomass( carbon and nitrogen) changes relatively largely in different types of green space. Its variation tendency performances were almost the same with variation of the organic content of soil. The orgamic content in park green space was the highest,but lowest in road green space. In Addition,soil microbial biomass carbon( C) had positive correlation with nitrogen( N) in different types of green space. Conclusion]In order to analyze the changes of soil microbial characteristics of different kinds of green spaces,long term sampling,investigation and analysis should be conducted. And comprehensive analysis should be carried out combined historical changes with the green space.
