摘    要:L-色氨酸在医药、食品、饲料添加剂以及环境监测等方面的应用越来越广泛,随着市场需求的增大,L-色氨酸的应用研究逐渐成为一项新的热点.综述了L-色氨酸在医药、食品等领域的应用现状,详细介绍了酶法、直接发酵法、微生物转化法等生产L-色氨酸的方法,构建了L-色氨酸高产色氨酸菌株的策略,并对L-色氨酸的研究前景进行了展望.

Abstract:L-tryptophan has more and more application in medicine,food,feed additives and the environmental monitoring,the application status were introduced.With the increase of market demand,the application study of L-tryptophan has gradually become a new hot spot.The production methods of L-tryptophan,such as the enzymatic,direct fermentation,microbial reforming process were introduced.The strategy was put forward and the research prospect of L-tryptophan was forecasted.
