黄花倒水莲抗疲劳抗应激作用的试验研究

摘    要:目的]探讨中药黄花倒水莲(Polygala fallax Hemsl.)的抗运动性疲劳和抗应激作用。方法]采用SPF级昆明雄性小鼠作为试验对象,设立黄花倒水莲低(5 g/kg)、中(10 g/kg)、高(20 g/kg)剂量组和阴性对照组。适应性饲养7 d后,每天固定时间内用黄花倒水莲水煎液给各剂量组小鼠灌胃,阴性对照组给予生理盐水,连续14 d。末次给药1 h后分别对小鼠进行负重游泳试验、耐缺氧试验、耐低温试验以及耐高温试验,并统计各试验中小鼠的平均存活时间。结果]黄花倒水莲能够显著延长小鼠在负重游泳试验、耐缺氧试验、耐低温试验、耐高温试验中的存活时间(P〈0.01);且随着黄花倒水莲水煎液浓度的增大,小鼠的存活时间也相对延长,呈剂量-反应关系。结论]黄花倒水莲具有一定的抗运动性疲劳和抗应激作用。

Study on Anti-fatigue and Anti-stress Function of Polygala fallax Hemsl. in Mice

Abstract:Objective] To study the anti-fatigue and anti-stress function of Polygala fallax Hemsl. in mice. Method]Established 7 Polygala fallax Hemsl. dose groups with low( 5 g / kg),medium( 10 g / kg),high( 20 g / kg) and negative control group by the SPF male mice. The mice after adaptive raise 3 days,the negative control group were given normal saline,and the Polygala fallax Hemsl. dose groups were given orally given aqueous extracts of 5,10,20 g / kg from Polygala fallax Hemsl. for 14 consecutive days. After the last dosed,the mice performed weight loading swimming test,hypoxia tolerance test,low temperature resistance test and high temperature resistance test,and statistics the average survival time of mice in these test. Result]Compared with control group,the Polygala fallax Hemsl. could significantly prolong the survival time in weight loading swimming test,hypoxia tolerance test,low temperature resistance test and high temperature resistance test( P 0. 01); As the dose increased,the mice survival time was prolonged. Conclusion]Polygala fallax Hemsl. has the effects of anti-fatigue and anti-stress.
