石榴花蜂蜜中黄酮含量分析

目的]测定并分析比较不同花期石榴花蜂蜜中黄酮类化合物含量。方法]用丙酮作萃取剂,以芦丁为标准对照品,采用分光光度法测定了2011和2012年云南蒙自石榴花期采集的24个蜂蜜样品的总黄酮含量,并对各年不同生产批次蜂蜜黄酮含量进行比较。结果]试验得出,2011年石榴花蜂蜜黄酮平均含量(23.60±1.36)mg/kg,显著高于2012年平均含量(17.10±0.53)mg/kg。同时得出,石榴不同花期生产的蜂蜜中黄酮含量不同,随花期变化而改变,盛花期高于初花期和末花期,初花期到盛花期含量升高,盛花期到末花期含量降低。结论]研究可为石榴花蜂蜜的开发利用以及功能研究提供参考依据。

Analysis on the Flavonoid Contents in Pomegranate Flower Honey

Abstract Objective ] To determine and compare the flavonoid contents in honey during different pomegranate flowering period. Method ] With acetone as extraction agent, rutin as standard reference material, the total flavonoid contents in 24 pomegranate honey samples collected from Mengzi, Yunnan Province in 2011 and 2012 were determined by spectrophotometer. The flavone contents in different batch samples collected in different flowering period were compared. Result] The results showed that the average flavone contents were significantly higher in 2011 （23.60 _＋ 1.36） mg/kg than 2012 （ 17.10 ~0.53） mg,/kg. The flavone contents were higher in the full flowering period than in the initial bloom- ing stage and withering period. The trends were increased from the initial blooming stage to the full flowering stage, and then decreased during the withering period. Conclusion ] The study will provide a reference basis for development, utilization and function research of pomegranate flower honey.
