| 摘 要： | 在总结现有农产品质量安全追溯成果的基础上,针对我国可追溯系统的实施现状,依据信息经济学理论和收益成本理论,分析消费者和蔬菜生产经营者行为,提出我国批发商主导型蔬菜质量安全可追溯系统应充分发挥市场机制的内在激励作用,采用发挥市场能动性为主,政府监管推动为辅的建设思路。以此为基础,设计了批发商主导型蔬菜质量安全可追溯系统,并提出其建设路径,为政府进行蔬菜质量安全管理提供一种新的思路。

| Abstract: | Based on summarizing the existing outcomes of agricultural products quality and safety traceability and the status of implementation of the traceability system in China, the behaviors of consumers and vegetable produe6on operators were analyzed by the information economics theory and benefits cost theory respectively. The construction thought that wholesaler-dominated vegetable quality and safety traceability system should give full play to the role of market motivation mechanisms was put forward. And on this basis, wholesaler-dominated vegetable quality and safety traceability system was designed and construction path was proposed, which can provide a new way for the government to vegetable quality safety management. |
