果树在居住区造景中的应用研究——以上海市为例

目的]为果树在城市居住区造景中的应用提供理论依据。方法]通过大量的文献查阅和相关案例的调研，从种类、数量、配置等几个方面分析了果树在上海居住区中的应用，并对其应用中存在的问题进行了客观评价。结果]同一小区的不同区住之间果树的应用情况差别很大。宅旁绿地中果树的使用率达到了36％～50％，而中心绿地中果树的使用率只有5％左右。从数量上来看，宅旁绿地中果树应用率为19％-23％，而中心绿地中果树应用率为0．5％～8．2％。万科和宝华花园宅旁绿地中果树的使用率非常接近，分剐为19．2％和23．1％。结论]利用果树的造景优势，与普通绿化树种共同配置，因地制宜，营造不同的景观氛围，已成为未来居住区景观设计的一种必然趋势。
