喷施富硒液对富硒小麦籽粒硒含量及产量的影响

摘    要:通过在孕穗期和灌浆期以叶面喷施富硒液的方式研究了富硒液对小麦籽粒硒含量和产量的影响。结果表明,叶面喷施富硒液能显著提高小麦籽粒的硒含量,小麦穗粒数、穗重、千粒重有所增加,产量增幅达5.5%~12.3%,但随着喷施量的增加,小麦产量有下降趋势。综合考虑,富硒液浓度以0.6~0.9 L/hm2比较适宜。该结果有助于富硒面粉及富硒食品的生产开发。

Abstract:Through spraying selenium rich liquid on leaves in booting and filling stages, the effect of enzyme hydrolyzation extraction on selenium content of wheat grain and yield was studied. The results showed that spraying enzyme hydrolyzation extraction on leaves could enhance selenium content of wheat grain significantly and increase grain number per spike, spike weight,1000-grain weight more or less, and the increasing range of yield per heatare was up to 5.5% -12.3%. The yield trended to decrease as the spraying amount increased. Considering comprehensively, 0.6 - 0.9 L/hm^2 selenium rich liquid was more suitable. The result was helpful to production and development of flour and food richening in selenium.
