绵阳市工业专用高芥酸油菜产业化生产现状及发展对策的研究概况

目的]为绵阳市工业专用高芥酸油菜产业化可持续发展提供理论指导。方法]结合农业产业化理论,调查分析绵阳市工业专用高芥酸油菜产业化生产现状及存在的问题,提出发展对策。结果]介绍了绵阳市工业专用高芥酸油菜产业化生产的组织管理体系、生产模式及取得的成效,发现了其存在的经营一体化程度不高、布局专业化程度不够、农民增收点单一、工业专用高芥酸油菜品种单一、高芥酸油菜籽收购混乱等问题,分别给出了解决对策,对绵阳市工业专用高芥酸油菜产业化生产的发展前景进行了展望。结论]绵阳市工业专用高芥酸油菜产业化生产在促进当地农业产业结构调整、农业增效、农民增收的同时,促进了我国芥酸产业和生物能源的发展。

Studies on Present Stares of the Industrialization Production of special High Erucic Acid Rapeseed in Industry and its Development Countermea- sures in Mianyang

Objective] The aim was to provide theoretical guidance for sustainable development of industrialization of high erucic acid rapeseed that special in industry in Mianyang.Method] The agricultural industrialization theory was applied to investigate and analyze the production status and existing problems of industrialization of high erucic acid rapeseed used for industry in Mianyang,and the itsdevelopment countermeasures were put forward.Results] The organizational control system,production mode and acquired effect of industrialization production of high erucic acid rapeseed that special used for industry in Mianyang were introduced,and some problems were found,which were: all-in-one management was not so good,the arrangement specialization was insufficient,the channel of income increase for farmers was in single way,the variety of high erucic acid rapeseed used for industry was unitary,and purchase of high erucic acid rape seeds was in confusion,so that the countermeasures for settling the aforesaid problems were presented resp.The development prospects of industrialization production of high erucic acid rape special used for industry in Mianyang was prospedted.Conclusion] The industrialization production of high erucic acid rape special used for industry in Mianyang would accelerate the development of erucic acid industry and bioenergy in our country in meanwhile it had promoted local industrial structure adjustment,agriculture benefit,peasant income increase.
