桉树枝瘿姬小蜂虫瘿生理生化初步研究

摘    要:以没有形成虫瘿的叶柄为对照,测定桉树虫瘿组织的理化指标。结果表明,桉树虫瘿组织的过氧化氢酶和过氧化物酶活性分别比对照下降了1.81、2.77倍。虫瘿组织的可溶性糖、脯氨酸及可溶性蛋白质含量分别为对照的7.76、2.77、2.80倍。

Abstract:With the petiole without galls as CK,the physiological and biochemical indexes of eucalyptus gall tissues were determined.The results showed that the activities of catalase and peroxidase in eucalyptus gall tissues were decreased by 1.81 and 2.77 times than those of CK resp..The contents of soluble sugar,proline and soluble protein in eucalyptus gall tissues were 7.76,2.77 and 2.80 times of those of CK resp.
