| 摘 要： | 通过主成分分析和聚类分析的方法对不同地区厚朴中Fe、Cu、Zn、Mn、Ca、Mg等微量元素进行综合评价,以期为中草药的种植与综合利用提供指导,为大规模开发中草药资源提供有力的科学依据。结果表明,通过化学计量学研究,能对厚朴质量做出公正、科学的综合评价。

| Abstract: | Using principal component analysis and cluster analysis,a comprehensive evaluation was made on Fe,Cu,Zn,Mn,Ca,Mg and other trace elements in cortex Magnoliae officinalis from different areas,so as to provide guidance for planting and utilization of Chinese herbal medicine and strong scientific basis for large-scale development of Chinese herbal medicine resources.Through chemometrics research,a fair and scientific evaluation on the quality of cortex Magnoliae officinalis can be made. |
