| 摘 要： | 兽药及饲料添加剂的大量使用,使动物性食品中药物残留越来越严重,对人类的健康和公共卫生构成威胁;同时也对土壤环境、表层水体等带来不良影响,并通过食物链对生态环境产生毒害作用,影响动植物和微生物的生命活动以及生态系统平衡。对有关兽药残留及其对生态环境影响方面的研究进行了论述。 |

| Abstract: | As the extensive use of veterinary drug and feed additive,the drug residues in animal foods become more and more serious,which threatens human health and public environment.Veterinary drug or their metabolites could be released to the soil environment through different exposure routes,and had adverse effect on soil environment including ground water.Those can bring poison impacts on ecological environment through food chain further,and affect normal life activities of animal,plant,microorganism and biology group and ecosystem balance.In this paper the veterinary drug residue and its ecological environment impact were reviewed. |
