| 摘 要： | 采用武汉市1996~2007年土地利用现状变更调查数据,结合相应的LUCC模型分析土地利用变化的特征,得出农业产业结构调整、退耕还林政策及城镇化、工业化带来的相应建设用地增加是引起该区土地利用/覆被变化特征的主要原因。

| Abstract: | With the investigation data of land use change situation in Wuhan city from 1996 to 2007, combined with corresponding LUCC model, the change characters of land use were analyzed. It was indicated that the policy of agricultural structure adjustment and returning land for farming to forestry and the increase of construction land caused by urbanization and industrialization were the main reasons of land use and cover change in this area. |
