不同肉鸡氨基酸消化率及肠系膜静脉血清氨基酸含量的比较

选用遗传背景相同的1日龄父母代雄性Arbor Acre(AA)和岭南黄肉雏鸡各160羽,设4个重复,饲喂营养水平相同的日粮,分别于每个重复选取接近平均重的2只鸡在不同时间点进行采样。采用Cr2O3作外源指示剂,测定16和30日龄时氨基酸回肠表观消化率;肠系膜静脉采血,用HPLC测定163、04、4和58日龄血清氨基酸的含量。结果表明,16和30日龄时,AA肉鸡回肠氨基酸表观消化率有高于岭南黄肉鸡的趋势(Met、Cys除外),但差异不显著(P>0.05)。AA肉鸡肠系膜静脉血清氨基酸总量在16日龄时显著高于岭南黄肉鸡(P<0.05),30日龄时两种鸡之间差异不显著(P>0.05),44日龄时AA肉鸡显著低于岭南黄肉鸡(P<0.05),58日龄时AA肉鸡显著高于岭南黄肉鸡(P<0.05)。AA肉鸡和岭南黄肉鸡肠系膜静脉血清中氨基酸总含量从16~58日龄随时间都逐渐降低,不同时间点的差异均达到显著水平。

Comparison of the Amino Acid Heum Digestibility and Sermn Concentration in Two Broiler Stains

160 healthy 0-day-old male parent AA broiler chickens and 160 healthy 0-day-old male parent Lingnan-yellow chickens were randomly divided into 4 groups,respectively.They were fed under the same condition.Two birds(closest to the average weight) selected from each group were slaughtered to collect the chyme in ileum on day 16 and 30,the serum of mesentery vein on day 16,30,44 and 58 for the determination of amino acid apparent digestibility in ileum chyme and amino acids concentration in serum.The values of ileum amino acid apparent digestibility of AA chicken were higher than that of Lingnan-yellow chicken(Met and Cys excepted) on 16 d and 30 d(P>0.05),and the ileum apparent digestibility of total amino acids of AA chicken was higher than that of Lingnan-yellow chicken by 4.17% and 4.63%(P>0.05),respectively.Total amino acid in the mesentery vein serum of AA chicken was higher than that of Lingnan-yellow chicken on 16 d(P<0.05) while it was reverse on 44 d(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between AA chicken and Lingnan-yellow chicken on 30 d and 58 d.From 16 d to 58 d,total amino acid in the mesentery vein serum of the chicken was decreased gradually,and the difference among the different time points was significant.
