摘    要:目的]为了解RS261菌株诱导辣椒抗疫病的生理生化机理。方法]测定用RS261菌株处理后的辣椒果内可溶性蛋白、丙二醛(MDA)含量及过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)活性的变化。结果]RS261菌株对辣椒果可溶性蛋白含量和防御性酶活性无不良影响。疫霉和菌液+疫霉2个处理的辣椒果MDA含量及SOD、CAT和POD活性在处理后呈不断上升趋势,只是菌液+疫霉处理的上升量比疫霉处理的低,而可溶性蛋白含量和PAL活性变化呈现不同趋势,菌液+疫霉处理的辣椒果内可溶性蛋白含量和PAL活性随时间推移不断上升,而仅接病菌处理却不断下降。结论]RS261菌株可以在一定程度上消除病原菌对辣椒体内活性氧清除相关酶(SOD、CAT和POD)的酶活性,共同接种后可诱导寄主体内PAL活性的变化,从而提高寄主的抗性。
