摘    要:目的]探讨猴头菌菌丝体与子实体多糖产量的相关性。方法]以细刺猴头、猴头1号和猴头T3为供试菌株,以3个猴头菌株菌丝体和子实体为样品,利用苯酚一硫酸法测定猴头菌多糖产量并进行比较。结果]猴头T3多糖产量略高于细刺猴头,但两者没有显著差异;猴头1号的菌丝体多糖产量显著高于其他2个菌株。猴头1号的子实体多糖产量最高,其次是猴头T3,细刺猴头最低,但是三者没有显著差异。菌丝体多糖产量高的菌株,其子实体多糖产量也高;子实体多糖产量比菌丝体平均高出18.13%。各个菌株液态发酵培养的菌丝体多糖产量都大于子实体栽培多糖产量,平均高出35.25%。结论]该研究为猴头菌多糖的研究和生产提供了理论依据。

Correlation Analysis on Polysaccharide Yield in Mycelium and Fruiting Body of Hericium erinaceus

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to discuss the correlation on polysaccharide yield in mycelium and fruiting body of Hericium erinaceus.Method] With Hericium caput-medusae,H.erinaceus 1 and H.erinaceus T3 as tested strains,mycelium and fruiting body of 3 H.erinaceus strains as samples,the polysaccharide yield of H.erinaceus were compared by phenol-sulfuric acid method.Result] The polysaccharide yield of H.erinaceus T3 was higher than that of H.caput-medusae,but there was no significant difference between them.The polysaccharide yield of H.erinaceus 1 mycelium was significantly higher than that of the other 2 strains.The polysaccharide yield of H.erinaceus 1 fruiting body was highest,followed by that of H.erinaceus T3 and that of H.caput-medusae was lowest.There was no significant difference among them.The polysaccharide yield of fruiting body of strains with high polysaccharide yield in mycelium was also high and the polysaccharide yield of fruiting body was 18.13% higher than that of mycelium averagely.The polysaccharide yield of mycelium with liquid fermentation culture of each strain were all larger than that of fruiting body with cultivation,being 35.25% higher averagely.Conclusion] The research provided the theoretical basis for study and production for H.erinaceus polysaccharide.
