摘    要:目的]研究重金属镉(Cd)对香蕉幼苗生理生化指标的影响。方法]以砖红壤为供试土壤,以巴西香蕉为试验植物,采用盆栽模拟试验的方法研究了土壤外源重金属Cd对香蕉幼苗叶片生理生化指标的影响。结果]在试验浓度范围内,不同浓度Cd处理对香蕉幼苗叶片叶绿素含量的影响不明显;Cd对维生素C含量的影响表现为低促高抑,当Cd处理浓度为3 mg/kg时维生素C含量达到最大值,以后随Cd处理浓度增加而明显下降,且低于对照;脯氨酸和过氧化物酶(POD)活性在Cd处理下均呈现先升高后降低的趋势,均在Cd浓度为15 mg/kg时达到高峰,且各处理均高于对照。结论]为海南香蕉生产质量安全提供了理论依据。
