| 摘 要： | 实时定量PCR技术在基因表达分析、病原物检测、基因突变分析、转基因安全性检测等方面得到了广泛应用。就实时定量技术的应用原理、相关重要概念、检测仪器、结果的分析方法、应用现状等进行了综述分析,以期为更多研究者掌握该技术的应用提供参考。

| Abstract: | Real-time quantitative PCR has been extensively used in gene expression analysis,pathogen detection,gene mutant detection and safety testing of genetically modified.This article reviewed the principle,related concepts,detecting instruments,analysis methods and application status of real-time quantitative PCR,and we hope that more researchers will master this technology. |
