| 摘 要： | 目的]筛选一种快速有效地提取高质量的苹果成熟叶片总RNA的提取液。方法]以红富士苹果成熟叶片为材料,用3种不同的提取液提取苹果成熟叶片的总RNA,并通过分光光度计、琼脂糖凝胶电泳和RT-RCR检测RNA质量。结果]3种试剂中2种可以提取出总RNA。结论]用RNAiso-mate for Plant Tissu和RNAiso Plus搭配使用和RNAiso for Polysaccharide-rich Plant Tissue单独使用均可提取出质量较好的RNA,前者质量优于后者。
