| 摘 要： | 目的]研究枇杷叶挥发油化学成分。方法]用水蒸气蒸馏法得到挥发油,运用GC-MS技术,结合计算机检索对其具体化学成分进行分析和鉴定,用峰面积归一化法计算各个组分的相对含量。结果]已经鉴定组分共47个,占流出组分总量的86.33%。含量较高的组分有β-倍半水芹烯（4.14%）、异桉叶油（5.07%）、环己酮（5.25%）、顺-3-己烯-1-醇（5.30%）、香叶烯D（5.35%）、10,10-二甲基-2,6二（亚甲基）-双环7.2.0]十一烷（7.95%）、水杨酸甲酯（11.72%）等。结论]GC-MS法分析、鉴定枇杷叶挥发油化学成分,技术简单易行,操作简便,为枇杷叶的深入开发提供了基础科学信息。
