摘    要:目的]为制定商品肉鸡新城疫(ND)、禽流感(AI)的免疫程序提供理论依据。方法]在调查不同规模化养殖场免疫程序的基础上,制定商品肉鸡的免疫程序,分析不同免疫程序下ND和AI(H5亚型)HI抗体消长规律。结果]1~7日龄商品肉鸡ND和AI的母源抗体均维持在免疫保护临界值之上。用ND疫苗免疫后,鸡群抗体水平不断下降,各免疫组均在24日龄最低。使用ND活疫苗和灭活苗的免疫组中ND抗体滴度比其他免疫组高。非免疫组AI(H5亚型)抗体滴度均随日龄的增加而逐渐下降,而免疫组24日龄后缓慢上升,38日龄达到免疫保护临界值。结论]禽流感(H5亚型)灭活苗对商品肉鸡的免疫效果较差,应从免疫佐剂、抗原浓缩等方面进行新型商品肉鸡禽流感疫苗研究。

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to provide the theoretical basis for making the immune procedure for newcastle disease(ND)and subtype H5 avian influenza(AI) of commercial broilers.Method] Based on investigating the immune process in different scale farms,the immune procedure for commercial broilers were made to analyze the dynamic law of HI antibody for ND and AI(H5 subtype)under different immune process.Result] The maternal antibody of ND and AI in commercial broiders at the age of 1~7 days maintained over the critical value of immune protection.After immunizing with ND vaccine,the antibody level of chicken flocks was continuously decreased,which in each immunized group were lowest at the age of 24 days.The titer value of antibody for ND in the immunized group with live vaccine and inactivated vaccine for ND was higher than that in other immunized groups.The titer value of antibody for AI(H5 subtype)in non-vaccinated group was gradually decreased with the increasing of day-old and that in vaccinated group was slowly increased after 24 days old and reached the critical value of immune protection at the age of 38 days old.Conclusion] The inactivated vaccine for AI(H5 subtype)had worse immune effects on commercial broilers.New type of AI vaccine for commercial broilers should be studied on immune adjuvant,antigenic condensation and so on.
