| 摘 要： | 为研究石榴籽的化学成分采用硅胶凝胶柱色谱的方法从石榴籽中分离到8个化合物,通过核磁共振谱、质谱、旋光等波谱方法鉴定为:罗汉松脂苷(Ⅰ),牛蒡子苷(Ⅱ),2α,3β-二羟基-12-烯-28-乌索酸(Ⅲ),乌索酸(Ⅳ),齐墩果酸(Ⅴ),没食子酸(Ⅵ),β-谷甾醇(Ⅶ),胡萝卜苷(Ⅷ)。

| Abstract: | Eight compounds were obtained from pomegranate seeds by the means of silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography.these compounds were identified as matairesinoside(Ⅰ),arctiin (Ⅱ),2α-hydroxy-3 β-hydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid(Ⅲ),ursolic acid (Ⅳ),oleanolic acid (Ⅴ),gallic acid(Ⅵ),β-sitosterol (Ⅶ),daucosterol (Ⅷ). |
