摘    要:目的]研究天津盐碱地区4种盐生植物在盐胁迫下的生理反应。方法]土壤为采自天津市大港区、蓟县、西青荒地的3种盐碱土,采用盆栽试验对4种盐生植物(草木樨、猪毛菜、艾蒿和补血草)进行耐盐胁迫试验,测定其耐盐指标(游离脯氨酸、丙二醛和可溶性糖含量)。结果]4种植物的游离脯氨酸含量随着土壤盐碱胁迫程度的增强而增高,以草木樨的含量最高,其次是补血草和猪毛菜,艾蒿最低。不同盐碱土壤中4种植物的丙二醛含量的变化趋势不明显,但在同一盐浓度下差异明显。3种土壤中4种植物可溶性糖的含量依次为:补血草>艾蒿>猪毛菜>草木樨。结论]对4种植物耐盐性的综合分析表明,补血草耐盐性最强,其次是艾蒿和猪毛菜,草木樨耐盐性较差。

Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to study the physiological reaction of 4 Kinds of wild halophytes in salt and alkali area in Tianjin.Method] In the pot test,4 kinds of wild halophytes(Melilotus suaveolens L,Limonium bicolor K.,Salsola collina P.and Artemisia argyi L.) were cultivated in 3 kinds of salt and alkali soils selected from the wastelands of Dagong district,Jixian county and Xiqing of Tianjin city for salt tolerance stress treatments and their physiological indexed such as proline,MAD and soluble sugar content was determined.Result] The proline contents in 4 wild halophytes were increased along with the strengthening of salt and alkali stress degree,in which,the proline content of sweet clover was most,that of L.bicolor and S.collina,was next and that of A.argyi was least.Change trend of MAD content in 4 wild halophytes was not obvious in soil with different concn.of salt and alkali,but their difference was obvious in soil with same concn.of salt and alkali.The soluble sugar contents in 4 wild halophytes in order were L.bicolor > A.argyi > S.collina > M.suaveolens.Conclusion] The comprehensive analysis on salt tolerance of 4 wild halophytes showed that the salt tolerance of L.bicolor was most strong,that of A.argyi and S.collina were next and that of M.suaveolens was worst.
