响应面法优化甘薯“岩薯5号”的茎尖培养条件

摘    要:采用响应面法优化了"岩薯5号"脱毒茎尖的培养条件。结果表明,优化后的培养条件为6-BA0.88mg/L,NAA0.12mg/L,转管时间为18.66d,此条件下茎尖组培成活率达59.1%。

Abstract:The shoot tip culture conditions of Yanshu NO.5 was optimized with response surface method.The results showed that the optimized culture condition was 6-BA of 0.88 mg/L,NAA of 0.12 mg/L and transferring time of 18.66 d.Under this condition,the survival rate of the cultured shoot tips was 59.1%.
