酱渣复合基质在番茄育苗上的使用效果研究

摘    要:目的]研究酱渣复合基质对番茄幼苗生长的影响。方法]经微生物发酵后的酱渣加入不同比例的蛭石和珍珠岩配制成酱渣复合基质,研究其对番茄品种毛粉802农艺性状的影响。对照基质为草炭∶蛭石=2∶1(体积比)。结果]酱渣复合基质的容重为0.167~0.253 g/cm3,孔隙度为71.20%~75.48%。基质中速效氮、速效磷和速效钾含量都显著高于CK。不同酱渣复合基质所育番茄苗的高度均显著低于CK。T1基质(酱渣∶蛭石∶珍珠岩=1∶1∶1)中番茄苗最高,为28.5 cm,比对照低了3.8 cm。该基质中的番茄苗茎粗显著大于CK,比CK粗17.7%。T1处理地上部鲜重与CK差异不显著,但明显高于其他处理,地上部干重也表现出相同的趋势。结论]酱渣代替草炭进行番茄育苗时,T1基质效果最好。

Abstract:Objective] The study was to research the effect of compound substrate of sauce residue on tomato seedling growth.Method] The compound substrate of sauce residue was prepared by adding different proportion of vermiculite and perlite into sauce residue that fermented by microorganism and its effect on agronomic characters of tomato variety Maofen 802 was studied.The control substrate was that grass peat: vermiculite=2∶ 1(volume ratio).Result] The bulk density in the compound substrate of sauce residue was 0.167-0.253g /cm3,and the porosity was 71.20%-75.48%.The content of rapidly available nitrogen,rapidly available phosphorus and rapidly available potassium in the compound substrate were higher than that in CK significantly.The height of tomato seedlings that cultivated in different compound substrate of sauce residue was all lower than that in CK significantly.The tomato seedlings that cultivated in T1 substrate(sauce residue∶ vermiculite∶ perlite =1∶ 1∶ 1) were the highest,being 28.5 cm,which was 3.8 cm lower than that cultivated in CK.The stem width of tomato seedlings in T1 was bigger than that in CK significantly,and higher 17.7% than that of CK.The fresh weight of stem and leaf in T1 had no significant difference with that of CK,but it was higher than that of other treatments obviously,and the dry weight of stem and leaf showed the same trend.Conclusion] When grass peat was replaced by sauce residue to cultivate tomato seedlings,the effect of T1 substrate was the best.
